United KingdomJean is a highly experienced consultant with expertise in health, gender and international aid and development. Her experience across public and private sectors as equipped her with skills which allow her to deliver large-scale transformation projects, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and design impactful programmes for social change.
She has over ten years of clinical health experience as a practising pharmacist across community, hospital, and research settings. Her diverse health portfolio also includes working with the Australian Department of Health in the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee Secretariat and with the Therapeutic Goods Administration within their Health Development Programs as a programme manager.
Moreover, her experience working for ‘Big Four’ companies included leading transformative digital projects for government agencies, creating health and care models for underserved communities, executing operational overhauls, and developing funded business cases for government strategies.
Finally, Jean is deeply passionate about gender and gender equality. Her research into the lack of gender awareness in WASH programming and sexual and reproductive health and rights has equipped her with a firm understanding of gender theory, and gender responsive programming within international aid and development.
