Belinda is passionate about behavioural science, psychology, and marketing and communication. Her expertise stems from a background in Gamification and Psychology. Belinda approaches projects with an open-mind, which stems from growing up as a multicultural citizen including having lived in Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, and the U.S.

Belinda’s behavioural science background includes designing and implementing user-centred communications strategies, implementing digital employee engagement platforms, and project support. Belinda also comes from a background in sales and marketing, with experience in government, small-medium enterprise, and the quick service restaurant Industry. Belinda’s professional highlights come from work with The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. This included a gamified experience of The Australia in Brief document through a mobile app. Through engaging users with local flora and fauna, the app encourages young people to visit and study in Australia. Another project in the gamification space included working with a rural and remote tutoring not-for-profit. The project aimed to incorporate game-like features to a pre-existing platform to engage users. Belinda has an efficient, productive and timely work style.

Belinda has excelled in her academic endeavours, receiving awards throughout her education for performance. Belinda received a Dean’s Scholar Award in her undergraduate double degree including a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing). She has given multiple presentations to The Girls Leadership Network, speaking to college students about Motivation and Gamification.
