Wen Wen is an experienced strategist and user-centred design practitioner. She has worked in Australian and European markets consulting and working for Government, large multinational and early-stage companies across health, social welfare, defence, financial services, entrepreneurship to design and deliver solutions that are rooted in user-centred practicality and which delivers strategic intent. Wen Wen’s way of working is to collaboratively build capability and help co-design enduring outcomes. She specialises in leading customer strategy, experience and service design, change management and programme management. With a background in social policy, technology implementation and complex systems such as Australia’s health and social welfare markets, her passion for user-centred designs has grounded her work.
Wen Wen is recognised for her excellent engagement and communication skills in complex organisations, and culturally and linguistically diverse environments. She has been a trainer with Airbus, and MIT Enterprise and has a personal interest in social entrepreneurship and innovation.
