He is driven by design-led, problem-solving projects which harness the power of collective thinking. He especially enjoys unearthing the human stories that shape powerful and insightful change and holds a strong interest in innovation and cultural transformation.
With a background in advertising and copywriting, Sean has spent over 18 years specialising in the art of effective communication. His career journey has equipped him with a rich set of capabilities, from strategic design through to storytelling and writing for a vast range of formats - strategic narratives, guide books, brand DNAs, web and video content.
With strong engagement skills, he has a particular ability to fuse an organisation’s strategy in a bottom-up, top-down fashion, synthesising the voices of experience, expertise and intent into effective alignment for impactful change.
For Sean, all of his activities are done with a key focus: the user, the human at the heart of it all. He is obsessive about distilling complex information into tangible, clear and compelling communication that empowers knowledge, collaboration and galvanised action.
Sean holds a Master’s degree in Digital Media and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Drama.
