Natalie is passionate about community building and mentoring and has over five years’ experience building up start-ups in Africa, Europe, Asia and the United States.
She has worked across the board for early stage and growth tech start-ups from operations and marketing to product management. She is a strong project manager, facilitator, mediator and champion of human-centred design.
Natalie has extensive experience conducting user research, developing iterative prototypes and testing, using lean and agile methodologies. She has conducted immersive research in the Kenyan education system to design a new product for a pay-as-you-go solar company; prototyped new product features for a Nairobi-based fundraising platform’ and is working with a health accelerator in East Africa to accelerate its start-ups’ growth.
Born in France, Natalie has lived and worked in Kenya, France, the UK, Singapore, China and the US. She has curated TEDxSingaporeWomen, brought SheSays to Singapore and started a community of women entrepreneurs and change-makers in Asia Pacific. Natalie has also been mentoring a start-up in Iran and high potential students via Wedu. A London School of Economics alumni, Natalie is part of the Sandbox Network - a global community of exceptional young people who make ideas happen.
