Mindi believes work is better when you learn and share. She’s passionate about helping others be their best selves and connecting them with their inner genius.
Creating an environment where people can do their best work is Mindi’s special talent. She creates a snowball of passion and drive that enables groups, teams and organisations to successfully transform systems from within.
In a fiercely positive way, Mindi will spot a sliver of possibility and opportunity in a complex problem, pull gently on the thread of that insight, and guide others towards a forward-focussed action to help explore possible solutions. She pragmatically organises for action and excels in the fine art of extreme juggling, bringing order to the complexity of design.
Mindi has co-designed and led catalytic workshops tackling the complicated and complex challenges of collaborating, learning and innovating at work. She has worked with farmers, directors, policy makers, environmentalists, vets and executive teams. Recently she designed and facilitated a two-day event to help two government agencies co-design a collaborative way of working, develop guiding principles and identify a process to deliver on a shared legislative responsibility. Mindi’s work often involves uncovering insights that can be explored through design experiments, leading to new ways for things to be done.
Mindi has a BA in Psychology and Sociology and is a professional member of the Strategic Human Resources Institute (U.S.A) and Cognitive Edge: Naturalising Sense-Making (U.K).
