Annet believes that design has the power to shape behavior and believe that as a designer you have to use it for doing good. She designs products, services and systems that create positive impact on individuals and communities to become healthier, stronger, better.
With a background in Industrial Design and a Master’s degree in ‘Design for Interaction’ her focus lies on defining ‘the right design’ during the fuzzy font end. When it is known what to design, the focus shifts to ‘design it right’ to create a rich user experience.
She loves that her role as a designer allows her to be curious every day and she relishes the chance to immerse herself in new topics as well as to empathize with the people she designs for.
She has designed for caregivers, at risk youth, patients, doctors and Indian mums amongst others. She has worked with many diverse cultures in Singapore, Netherlands, Hungary, Australia and India.
She facilitates creative co-design workshops as well as coaches in design thinking and is able to bring out empathy and creativity in people.
